H.E.L.P CARD
H.E.L.P.Card or Household Employees Life Protection is a program specially designed for household employees. Benefits include a Single Hospitalization up to a maximum limit of P30,000, any medically necessary consultations at any of the Fortune CARE full service clinics nationwide, Laboratory and Diagnostic Examinations limited to X-ray, Urinalysis, Fecalysis and Complete Blood Count (CBC) in any Fortune CARE Owned Full Service Clinic. This also provides Financial Assistance worth P10,000 in case of the card holder's death due to accident.
Eligibility Requirements:
Household employer can enroll any of their household employees providing household services like security guards, driver, nanny, cook, gardener, house-help and the like. Individual must be 18 to 64 years old.
