a year, at any Fortune Care full service clinics. This program entitles the cardholder to have Medical History
Taking, Physical Examination, 11" x 14" Chest X-ray, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Urinalysis, Fecalysis
(Stool Examination), Pap Smear, Electrocardiogram (ECG), Blood Chemistry (FBS, BUN, SGPT, Total
Cholesterol, Blood Uric Acid, Creatinine) and Interpretation of APE result.
(f) Annual Physical Examination 7 (P450)- Offers Annual Physical Examination at any Fortune Care full service
clinics (except FC-SLMC, FC- DLMC, FC FEU and Mega Clinic). Moreover, APE 7 provides 11" x 14" chest
x-ray, complete blood count (CBC), Urinalysis, Fecalysis, FBS, ECG, and interpretation of APE result
(Medical Evaluation).
Aside from these, MediKit also provides P10,000 worth of financial assistance in case of the cardholder's death due to accident (from variants C to F only).
