PASADA
PASADA is a special healthcare program specially intended for the Tricycle and PUV Drivers and Drivers Association. This program has two variants namely, PASADA CARD 1 and , PASADA CARD 2 that provide the cardholder with the following healthcare benefits:
PASADA CARD 1: Features single hospitalization due to accidents, disability and other unnatural
causes up to P 20, 000, with financial assistance of P 10, 000 in case of death due to
accident.
PASADA CARD 2: Provides the cardholder with any necessary consultations at Fortune Care Owned Clinics
only. This also allows him or her with single availment of Chest X-Ray, CBC, Fecalysis and
Urinalysis at any of Fortune Care Full Service Clinics. Furthermore, this also gives single
hospitalization due to unnatural causes up to P 20, 000 and financial assistance of
P 10, 000 in case of death due to accident.
