This is an incomparable special program for the Senior Citizens (aged 65 to 79 years old) that covers wide range of health care services, which are categorized as Preventive Healthcare, Outpatient Care, In-hospitalization Care, Emergency Room Care and Worldwide Emergency Care. Supplemental benefits such as (1) Third Party Liability of P 20, 000 and (2) P 5,000 for non-covered procedure are attainable in this program.
*Dental Care Benefits are optional.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. Any person who is 65 yrs. of age but not more than 79, may be enrolled as an individual member
2. The legal spouse of the principal member
3. The principal member and/ or his/ her spouse who is a member of PhilHealth program are both eligible.
NOTE: The application of membership is subject to Medical Underwriting Evaluation and Approval.
