THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (TPL)/WORK-RELATED AND UNPROVOKED ASSAULT
     Fortune CARE may cover medical and hospital services extended to a member for bodily injuries established to 
     have been caused by any compensable act of a Third Party (Motor Vehicle Accidents), work related injuries and 
     injuries caused by unprovoked assault up to P20,000.00 provided the necessary claim documents are duly filed. 
     However, if the member's bodily injuries arising from vehicular accidents, the same shall be covered up to the
     same amount.

Financial Assistance equal to Ten Thousand Pesos (10,000.00) in case of death, which is  not due to accident.
